Tuna Noodles Romanoff

Ingredients

cups uncooked egg noodles (8 ounces)

cans (6 1/8 ounces each) tuna, drained

jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained

cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces)

cups sour cream

cup milk

tablespoon chopped fresh chives

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper
1/4
cup dry bread crumbs
1/4
cup grated Romano cheese

tablespoons margarine, butter or spread, melted
  • 1 Heat oven to 350º. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package. Mix noodles, tuna, pimientos, mushrooms, sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper in ungreased 2-quart casserole or square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
  • 2 Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine; sprinkle over tuna mixture. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
