pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2
cup butter or margarine, softened

cup butterscotch chips
1/2
cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 2 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

these cookies are my GO-TO cookies. everyone loves them, which is surprising because a lot of people don't like butterscotch. anyway, to i make sure to use the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix instead of the regular chocolate chip cookie mix. it adds something extra and it absolutely delicious!

I just finished making them and they are awesome! I tried one of the readers suggestions and used oatmeal mix, then added butterscotch, milk choc.and white choc. chips, about 1/2 cup ea. they are so good. Next time i am going to try adding nuts!!
