Excellent!!! We are not really fish lovers, but because of a diagnosis of high blood pressure for my husband, we are learning. While I did make a few adjustments to lower the sodium levels, this recipe was ... WOW!! Adding it to my recipe box and it will be one that I go to often.

I'm not much of a cook, but decided to try this. WOW! It was so good! Very easy. This is going to be one of my "go to" fish meals from now on! I used Italian diced tomatoes and it added a really great flavor.

Wow...this was so good! I did not have the lemon juice or zest but it still was good. I also used Italian style diced tomatoes and dried basil. Everyone loved this dish. We will definitely make this over and over!!!
