Enjoy this tangy rich dressing that’s peppered with egg, olives and herbs and pairs perfectly with any salad - ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1
tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2
tablespoons chopped pimiento-stuffed olives or sweet pickle relish
2
tablespoons chili sauce or ketchup
1
teaspoon finely chopped onion
1/2
teaspoon paprika
1
hard-cooked egg, finely chopped

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, mix all ingredients. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.

Expert Tips

For 5 grams of fat and 55 calories per serving, use reduced-fat mayonnaise; substitute 2 hard-cooked egg whites for the hard-cooked whole egg.

Omit parsley, olives and egg. Increase chili sauce to 1/4 cup. Add 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish.
