pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix

tablespoons wheat germ

tablespoons ground flaxseed

teaspoon ground cinnamon

cup canola or vegetable oil

tablespoons water

egg whites
1/2
cup dried cranberries
1/2
cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/3
cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, wheat germ, flaxseed, cinnamon, oil, water and egg whites until well blended. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and chocolate chips.
  • 2 On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart.
  • 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely.

I didn't use the flaxseed chocolate chip or egg white. I did use walnuts, 1/2 a banana, and a craisin/raisin mix, and a dash of cinnamon added to the oatmeal cookie mix. Delish!
