  • 6 teaspoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
Make With
Old El Paso

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil and taco seasoning mix until coated. Spread potatoes in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 2
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice, until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
For the crispiest fries, make sure the potatoes bake in a single layer.
  • tip 2
Add some taco seasoning to ketchup or mayonnaise for a taco-flavored dipper to go with your fries.
  • tip 3
For a fun serving presentation, wrap the fries restaurant-style in a cone of brown paper or cooking parchment paper.
