  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

    In chilled medium bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed.

    Add powdered sugar before stiff peaks form.

    Beat ingredients until stiff peaks form.

  • For added depth of flavor, add a splash of vanilla at the same time you add the powdered sugar.
