PREP TIME 15 minutes
TOTAL TIME 45 minutes
SERVINGS 4

1: 16 oz can vacuum packed sweet potatoes (or 3 med yams)

1/2: cup sour cream

1/4: tsp mace

1/2: tsp salt

1: egg yolk

3/4: cup marshmallows

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 In mixer bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sour cream, egg yolk, salt and mace. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
3 Pour mixture into buttered 1-quart casserole; top with marshmallows. Bake 30 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
