Turn a plain ol’ banana into an energizing breakfast drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 ripe nectarine, peeled, pitted and quartered
  • 4 to 5 large fresh strawberries, cut in half
  • 1 cup strawberry frozen yogurt

Steps

    In blender or food processor, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.

    Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
