I've used this receipe many times before. I find it better if fresh sweet potatoes were used, it's not as sweet as canned, but it's just as good!

I usually use canned yams so this was a quick and easy alternative. Wonderful and will definitely remain a mainstay side dish in my home all year round.

I made this for Thanks Givineg dinner, this recipe was so easy to make it was simple as one, two, three. When it was baking my, boyfriend, Dave said it smellled really good and that it was making him hungery. We arrived over at his grandparents place with it and they all could not wait to try it. they all said it smelled and looked very good. When everybody got their plates that was the first thing that they tried and said it was very, very good and they wanted the recipe for it. To sume it all up they said it was the best sweetpotatos they ever had!!!
