Tequila-infused strawberries are the secret to this refreshing white sangria that will become your new go-to summer party drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup silver tequila
  • 1 bottle dry white wine, chilled
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Steps

    In small bowl, combine strawberries, sugar and tequila. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.

    To serve, fill pitcher with orange slices and mint. Pour wine into pitcher. Add tequila mixture; stir. Serve over ice.

    For a sparkling cocktail, add a splash of lemon-lime carbonated beverage.

    For minty ice cubes, drop mint leaves into a filled ice-cube tray before the water is frozen. Add minty cubes to the pitcher or punch bowl just before serving.
