Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. Jell-O™ strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (half 12-oz. can)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle rosé wine, chilled
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled
  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries with stems, frozen

Steps

    Bring water to a boil in small saucepan. Add gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool 15 minutes.

    In punch bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, cold water and gelatin mixture; mix well.

    Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and frozen strawberries.
