Try a different version of italian beef except use chicken. Great pot luck dish or great easy meal for those hectic evenings.

PREP TIME 20 minutes
TOTAL TIME 4 hours 20 minutes
SERVINGS 8

4: lg chicken breasts

2: 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth

1: sm jar pepperocinis

2: pkgs italian seasoning

1: lg onion

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Cook chicken in microwave until no longer pink. Shred chicken. Add to crock pot along with remaining ingredients.
2 Cook on high setting 4 hours. Serve on buns.

I used 2 table spoons of Italian seasoning instead of 2 packs! I threw it on a lightly toasted hoagie roll with swiss cheese and mayo! I was verrrryy impressed! It came out superb with some homemade french fries. definitely going in my tool box! I left the leftovers in the crock pot. Threw in some baby carrots some chopped celery and chopped potatoes now I'm leaving it on low over night. Ill let you know how my soup turns out tomorrow around noon Alaska time!
