This is very good. However, I find that if I am not careful the green onions can over-power the dish. Chili Paste is found in the Asian section of the grocery store.

This is a very delicious dish. The cilantro and sauce goes perfectly with the flavors of the tilapia. Mine was not spiced because I could not find any chili paste. Instead, I put a half teaspoon of chili powder inside of the flour mixture. I didn't want to risk it being to spicy because everyone in my family doesn't like spicy food. When I tasted the sauce by itself, it was just okay. When I put it o the cooked fish with the cilantro; i was impressed and delighted. I will definitely prepare it again.

I'm about to prepare this recipe tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it; however, I don't have any chili paste. I'm wondering can I make some at home? I have chili powder, garlic powder and a variety of other seasonings. Any suggestions out there? Not rated yet.
