container (6 oz) Yoplait® Thick & Creamy crème caramel low-fat yogurt
ripe medium banana, cut into chunks
tablespoon caramel fat-free topping
cups crushed ice
teaspoon ground cinnamon
teaspoon ground cardamom
teaspoon ground ginger
teaspoon ground cloves
In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Can't find ground cardamom in the spice aisle? Just use more cinnamon.
