Speedy Enchilada Bake

Layered tortilla chips and purchased seasoned taco meat put the “speedy” in this casserole. It looks as good as it tastes!

RE trish725: If you can't find the product, we suggest cooking 1 lb ground beef and adding 2 oz taco sauce to it.

Not in a jar. In the refrigerated deli section they have prepared meats/meals. Chi Chi's has a tub of heat and eat seasoned taco meat. I haven't tried this either, but it sounds good. I was surprised the calories/fat content wasn't higher!
