1: pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix

1/2: cup butter or margarine, softened

1: egg

: Betty Crocker® colored sugars

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat oven to 375ºF.
2 Stir cookie mix, butter and egg in medium bowl until dough forms. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in colored sugars. Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
3 Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Store in airtight container.

These are wonderful and easy. They look beautiful on a plate with other cookies as a gift, they add great color. My kids loved rolling the dough in the colored sugars.
