Ingredients

large carrots

tablespoon grated onions
2
tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2
cup mayonaise
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1/4
cup bread crumbs
2
tablespoon melted butter

  • 1 Peel carrots - slice diagonally. Cook for 10 minutes in water until tender. Save 1/4 cup of carrot water. Putcarrots into greased baking dish.
  • 2 Mix onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, pepper and reserved carrot water. Pour over carrots. Bake 30 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
  • 3 Toss bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs over carrots. Bake 15 minutes uncovered.
  • 4 Serves 8
