ounces smoked salmon or trout, skinned and boned

package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

teaspoons prepared horseradish

teaspoons finely chopped green onions
Crackers, if desired

  • 1 Place salmon, cream cheese and horseradish in food processor. Cover and process 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Stir in green onions.
  • 2 Spoon salmon mixture into serving bowl; serve with crackers. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
