Ingredients

  • 12 ounces smoked salmon or trout, skinned and boned
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped green onions
  • Crackers, if desired

Steps

  • 1
    Place salmon, cream cheese and horseradish in food processor. Cover and process 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Stir in green onions.
  • 2
    Spoon salmon mixture into serving bowl; serve with crackers. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
