Ingredients

cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (16 oz)
2
packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3/4
cup crumbled blue cheese (3 oz)
2
medium green onions, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
1
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1
teaspoon red pepper sauce
1
cup smoked almonds, finely chopped
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves

  • 1 In food processor bowl with metal blade, place Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and blue cheese. Cover; process, using quick on-and-off motions, until blended. Add onions, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Cover; process just until blended.
  • 2 Divide cheese mixture into 3 parts. Shape each part into 6-inch log. In shallow dish, mix almonds and rosemary; roll cheese logs in almond mixture. Wrap separately in plastic wrap or waxed paper. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.

I replaced the smoked almonds with smoked sausage. It was good, but still very hard to keep lit.
