Ingredients

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1
can (2.8 oz) French fried onions
1
can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2
cup milk
1/4
teaspoon pepper
4
cups frozen country-style shredded hash-brown potatoes (from 32-oz bag)
2
cups Green Giant® frozen cut green beans

  • 1 In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Add half of the onions, soup, milk and pepper; mix well.
  • 2 Spray 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer potatoes and green beans in sprayed slow cooker. Top with beef mixture; spread evenly.
  • 3 Cover; cook on Low setting 6 to 7 hours. Top with remaining half of onions before serving.
