Ingredients

lb boneless country-style pork loin ribs

medium cooking apple, sliced
1
small onion, sliced
1
can (16 oz) sauerkraut, drained, rinsed

tablespoons packed brown sugar
1
teaspoon caraway seed
1/4
cup dry white wine or apple juice

Directions

  • 1 In 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker, place pork ribs, apple and onion. Top with sauerkraut, brown sugar and caraway seed; mix lightly. Pour wine over top.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
