1 1/2
teaspoons ground cumin
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4

12
baked tortilla chips, crushed

small cilantro sprigs, coarsely chopped
6

Expert Tips

Beef is a super source of the mineral zinc, which is important for growth, wound healing and your ability to taste foods. — Diane Reader, Dietitian

Top sirloin is an extra-lean cut of beef widely available at the supermarket. If you prefer, flank steak may be substituted. Be sure to look at labels when choosing meat as many "stew cuts" can be quite fatty and may not meet recipe guidelines for people with diabetes.
