I liked this recipe. In spite of the fact that my oven is not correct and I over beat the eggs this came out quite well. I have an old apartment electric oven. So I adjusted the heat and beat the eggs less and it came out with a perfect product. It is just about no fail.

This also the same as yorkshire pudding and is wonderful when served with roast beef and brown gravy. In our house we always have leftover beef but never any puddings.

First made these in 1975... SO good hot with anything you like in their hollow centers. Basically, they are about the same as a Yorkshire Pudding- Check it out: http://britishfood.about.com/od/regionalenglishrecipes/r/yorkspuds.htm
