Ingredients

Sugar
Ice cubes or crushed ice

tablespoons cognac or brandy (1 oz)

tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur (1 oz)

tablespoons lemon juice (3/4 oz)

  • 1 Rub rim of chilled martini glass with water; dip rim of glass in sugar.
  • 2 In martini shaker with ice, shake cognac, liqueur and lemon juice until blended. Pour into glass, straining out ice.
