Sangria is also lovely made with white or rosé wine. Try adding fresh peach or plum slices instead of the lemon and orange.

using lemon or lime to prepare sangria gives a sour taste and it should be sweet no sour; i´ll add 1/3 0nz of cointreau, 1/3 brandy, 1/3 gin, 1 tbs white sugar 1/3pomergranate syrup, 1 oranges ring(cut 2cm deep), 1 apple dice, strawberrys(whole)and macerate it with the spoon, then add the bottle of red wine and at taste water soda, salud!!
