35: saltine crackers

1/2: cup butter

1/2: cup sugar

1: bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)

: Assorted toppings, if desired

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with sides with foil. Place crackers in single layer on cookie sheet.
2 In 1-quart saucepan, heat butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth. Pour over crackers; spread evenly to cover all crackers.
3 Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over crackers.
4 Return to oven; bake 1 to 2 minutes longer. Spread chocolate over all crackers. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Refrigerate until completely cooled. Break into pieces to serve. Store in refrigerator.

I just made this tonight and it was a big hit! It was very quick and easy. I followed the directions exactly and was done in 15 minutes. I used pecans and sprinkles for the toppings. I will be sure to do this recipe again.
