Ingredients

  • 1 pouch (7.1 oz) skinless boneless pink salmon
  • 1 cup bite-size pieces romaine lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free Caesar dressing
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
  • 4 thin slices tomato
  • 8 thin slices cucumber

Steps

    In medium bowl, mix salmon, lettuce and dressing.
  • 2
    Place half of salmon mixture on center of each tortilla. Top with tomato and cucumber. Tightly roll up tortillas.

    Make Tuna Caesar Wraps by using a pouch of tuna instead of the salmon. You can also omit the tortillas and stuff the filling into pita bread halves.
