tablespoons olive oil

tablespoon lemon juice

Dash freshly ground black pepper

tablespoon torn fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  1. Place radishes in medium bowl. In small bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour oil mixture over radishes; toss. Top with parsley and cheese.
