Really Easy Radish Salad

Ingredients

radishes, quartered

tablespoons olive oil

tablespoon lemon juice

Dash freshly ground black pepper

tablespoon torn fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Place radishes in medium bowl. In small bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour oil mixture over radishes; toss. Top with parsley and cheese.

Expert Tips

For variety, thinly slice the radishes instead of quartering them.

Spoon radish mixture over arugula or spinach for a more traditional salad.
