Raspberry-Poppy Seed Salad

Raspberries, romaine and kiwi create a perfect combo for a splash of poppy seed dressing.

Ingredients

Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

Salad

  • 1 bag (10 oz) heart of romaine salad mix (about 10 cups)
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and cut in half
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Steps

    In small bowl, beat all dressing ingredients with wire whisk.
  • 2
    In large bowl, toss all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Serve immediately.
