fresh mint leaves
tablespoon lime juice
to 1 cup club soda
Lime peel twist, if desired
In lowball glass, muddle together raspberries, mint, lime juice and sugar. Add ice and rum. Fill glass with club soda. Garnish with lime peel twist.
Substitute frozen raspberries if fresh aren’t available.
If you don’t have a muddler, use the end of a wooden rolling pin or a mortar from a mortar and pestle.
