Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Steps

    Mix all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan.

    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
