Ingredients work together, however the ratios do not. Way too much milk, and not enough of anything else. All I could taste was milk and pumpkin spice. Maybe add more coffee and canned pumpkin and decrease the milk.

Since a latte is espresso, steamed milk and foam, then you will need strong coffee if you are not using espresso, or use less milk to your taste. I really like this recipe, because my main issue with Starbucks was the sugar content...now I can use Splenda and keep the calories down. I'll try evaporated milk next time and see how that works. Pretty yummy!

I'm sorry, but this had practically no flavor. Just too much milk for such a small amount of coffee. I even tried adding twice as much coffee as was called for, and it still didn't taste like much more than slightly pumpkin flavored milk. I like the concept, but I think I will try altering the amounts of everything before making it again.
