cup cold canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt

tablespoon honey

teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4
teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

Not THE most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth, but not at all even remotely close to the best. I am a pumpkin fiend and I thought this was disgusting. Even my husband who will eat almost anything turned up his nose after a taste of this one. If you are insistant on trying this one... proceed with caution.

This smoothie recipe ROCKS! It's incredibly easy to make, and the taste is wonderful and refreshing. This has inspired me to keep a can of pumpkin in my fridge year-round. If you run out of the yogurt, you can substitute it for 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream.
