2: cups libbys 100% pure pumpkin

1: cup softened butter

2: teaspoons vannila

2: teaspoons cinnamon

2: eggs

2 1/2: cups sugar

3 1/2: cups flour

2: teaspoons baking soda

1: teaspoon salt

2: cups chocolate chips

1 preheat oven to 375' .In a large mixing bowl put in all the dry ingretients first then the other remaining ingredients. mix for about 2-4 minutes then on a large nonstick pan dap on the cookie batter with a spoon and place 1 inch apart.bake 10-13 minutes

Very good recipe, cookies came out real soft, I changed the the cinnamon to pumpkin pie spice and doubled the amount!

Simple receipe. My 2 year old son helped and loved eating them with some milk. We used mini chocolate chips instead of the regular ones. He insisted on using the whole bag and they turned out great!
