pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch slices

jar (12 ounces) pork gravy

tablespoons red currant jelly

teaspoon ground mustard

medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)

  • 1 Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Sprinkle both sides of pork with seasoned salt. Cook pork in skillet about 5 minutes, turning once, until brown.
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is desired consistency and pork is slightly pink in center.
