Ingredients

Parmesan-Lemon-Pepper Topping

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Chile-Lime Salt

  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Steps

    In 2 separate small bowls, mix Parmesan-Lemon-Pepper Topping ingredients and Chile-Lime Salt ingredients. Leave in bowls, or transfer to shakers.

    To serve, spoon or sprinkle desired amount of topping on buttered popped popcorn; shake or stir to mix.

    Adjust the heat by using more or less crushed red pepper flakes.
  • tip 2
    These toppings are great for serving on microwave popcorn. After popping the popcorn, pour one recipe of either topping into the warm bag, close and shake to distribute the topping.
