I have baked this bread often and each time it gets great reviews. Most times I eliminate the glaze but I have been incouraged to put the glaze on. (had a disaster in the past). I have used this with Spelt flour and it comes out sooo good and tasty. This is a good bread at any time and occasion.

Delicious!!! The batter is so good I wanted to eat it raw! The finished product is amazing too. Very tasty. I took a slice after I baked it, but can't wait to try it again tomorrow after the flavors have a chance to marry. :) Highly recommend!
