1: bag (16 ounces) baby-cut carrots

1: can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits in juice, undrained

2: tablespoons packed brown sugar

2: tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

2: teaspoons grated orange peel

1/2: teaspoon salt

1/2: teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4: teaspoon ground nutmeg

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Place carrots and pineapple in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over carrots and pineapple.
2 Cover and cook on high heat setting 4 to 5 hours or until carrots are tender.

Received many complements serving these on Thanksgiving. Took to a church potluck and also received many complements on the Pineapple Carrots. Very easy, and I found they took less time than 5 hours to cook.
