Ingredients

1 1/4: cups sifted flour

1/2: teaspoon salt

1: teaspoon baking powder

1/2: cup shortening

3/4: cup peanut butter

1/2: cup granulated sugar

1/2: cup packed light brown sugar

1/2: teaspoon vanilla extract

1: egg

12: ounces semisweet chocolate chips

14: ounces sweetened condensed milk

10: ounces peanut butter chips

1: cup sifted powdered sugar

: milk

1 1/2: cups dry roasted peanuts

Directions

1 Cookie Dough: Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside. Cream shortening, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, and sugars; beat in vanilla and egg. Stir in flour mixture; blend well.
2 Lightly coat a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Press cookie dough onto bottom of prepared pan with floured hands.
3 Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over dough. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over chips. Top with peanuts and peanut butter chips. Press down firmly with a fork.
4 Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool.
5 Beat together remaining peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon of milk. Add additional milk, 1 teaspoon at at time, to make of drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cookies.
6 Cut into bars. Store in refridgerator.
