firm ripe banana, sliced

container (3.6 oz) refrigerated sugar-free vanilla pudding (60 calories or less)

cup Multi Grain Cheerios™ peanut butter cereal

teaspoon fat-free or low-fat caramel dip

teaspoons chopped dry-roasted peanuts

  • 1 Place banana slices in medium bowl or parfait glass. Top with pudding; add cereal.
  • 2 Drizzle with caramel; sprinkle with peanuts.
