cups torn romaine lettuce
cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
cup Caesar dressing
In large bowl, gently toss lettuce, croutons and 3/4 cup of the cheese to mix.
Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Serve immediately; if desired, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
Once lettuce is combined with dressing, it quickly turns soggy. For the best flavor and texture, add the dressing and toss the salad just before serving.
