(8-oz.) container low-fat plain yogurt
fresh whole strawberries
chunks fresh or canned pineapple
cubes Muenster or mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)*
cubes mild Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
In small bowl, combine yogurt and honey; mix well. Thread fruit and cheese on 8 (6-inch) bamboo skewers. Serve kabobs with yogurt-honey mixture for dipping.
*String cheese can be substituted for the Muenster or mozzarella cheese. Cut into chunks.
