I read the reviews before I made this so I tweeked it a little bit. The dough was very sticky after I made it up, so I added more bisquick (I added more than half a cup) It still was not very thick but it was easier to handle. ( I also added more sugar to the dough itself; I added about half of a cup) I made up more cinnamon and sugar mixture than is called for and poured the extra over the balls of dough after I had finished rolling them (I probably had over a half of a cup left over)(ONE BIG CHANGED I DID: I ROLLED THE BALLS SMALLER, INSTEAD OF 24 BIGS ONES, I MADE ABOUT 50 SMALLER ONE, BAKE TIME WAS ABOUT 30 MINUTES) The baked bread was slightly grainy like corn bread ( weird) but it was pretty good . Ok so I did not make the caramel sauce to bake with the bread. I put about 1-1/2 cups of brown sugar in a microwave bowl with 1/2 stick of butter(the recipe called for 1 cup of butter which is a crazy amount) and 1/4 cup of milk and I microwaved it for a total of about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally and I poured this over the cooked monkey bread. (It was very good) wish I could figure out why the bread is grainy like corn bread???? When you make biscuits with bisquick they are not grainy??)
