Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz.) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cups (24 oz.) club soda, chilled
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

Steps

    In large nonmetal pitcher or bowl, combine cranberry juice concentrate, water, orange juice and lemon juice; blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.

    To serve, gently stir in club soda and orange slices.
