It’s a toss-up—great taste and ease to make are on equal terms.
cup sliced fresh strawberries
tablespoon poppy seed dressing
cup 1-inch pieces cantaloupe
cup grapes, cut in half
cup fresh blueberries
oz white Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
In food processor, place 1/4 cup of the strawberries, the dressing and sugar. Cover; process with quick on-and-off motions until smooth.
In medium bowl, mix remaining 1/2 cup strawberries, the cantaloupe, grapes, blueberries and cheese. Pour dressing over fruit mixture; toss.
Adding cheese to your salad is an easy way to include more calcium in your diet.
Shave prep time by purchasing pre-cut cantaloupe.
