frozen roasted garlic or regular soy-protein burgers
package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust or other 12-inch prebaked pizza crust
cup pizza sauce
tablespoons sliced ripe olives
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
cup shredded provolone cheese (4 oz)
Heat oven to 425ºF. On medium microwavable plate, microwave burgers uncovered on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning once, until thawed. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
On ungreased cookie sheet, place pizza crust. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with burger balls and olives. Sprinkle with both cheeses.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and light golden brown.
