Spraying and lining the loaf pan will make these truffles easy to remove. Be sure to leave a paper overhang so you can lift the truffle out easily.
You can add spices, extracts or even espresso powder to these to make a variety of flavors.
To gift these, be sure to keep them in the refrigerator and to instruct the same…as the truffles will be very soft and gooey at room temperature.
