1
box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
1/4
cup water
1/4
cup vegetable oil
2
eggs
1
cup granola, slightly crushed
1 1/2
cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 Heat oven to 350ºF (325ºF for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. (For easier cutting, line pan with foil, then grease foil on bottom only of pan.)
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, pouch of chocolate syrup, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Spread evenly in pan; sprinkle granola over batter.
  • 3 Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean.
  • 4 Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over warm brownies. Broil about 4 to 5 inches from heat 30 to 60 seconds or until marshmallows are golden brown. (Watch carefully marshmallows will brown quickly.) Cool completely for easier cutting, about 1 hour. For 30 bars, cut into 6 rows by 5 rows.

Expert Tips

Using a plastic knife to cut the bars will help prevent them from sticking to the knife.

Warm Marshmallow-Granola Brownies taste great topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.

Not what they are cracked up to be. The reciepe calls for to large of a pan so the brownies are very thin. They are hard to cut even if you let them cool. Not what I expected at all taste is just so so. Better if you heat them up before serving. Would not make again
