A pitcher of these sparkling cocktails is the perfect choice for a summertime gathering. Fresh lime juice and ginger beer give them a cool and refreshing touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup chilled ginger beer
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime slices, if desired

Steps

    In pitcher, mix bourbon, maple syrup and lime juice. Refrigerate 1 hour or until well chilled. Before serving, stir in ginger beer. Serve over ice. Garnish with lime slices.
